2 8mm Lock Washers 4 6mm lock washer

PROCEDURE:

1. REMOVE CONTENTS FROM BOX. VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT. READ

INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION.

2. Carefully remove plastic cap located on front (or back) bumper of vehicle (Fig 1).

3. Insert 21mm hex head x thread bolt into exposed hole. Tighten with 21mm socket (Fig 2).

4. Attach bracket, or plate using the 8MM mating bolt, lock washer and washer. Add 8MM

Washers if needing to extend the 21mm hex head out from bumper (Fig 3).
