82-97 Ford Ranger/Mazda Pick Up Regular Cab

Parts List: (1)Hardware kit including:

QTY (6)

½ x 1 1/2“ hex head bolt

(1) Sidebar set (Driver & Passenger) (4) M12 x 100 mm hex head bolt

(2) Front mounting brackets (8)

½” Flat washer

(2) Rear mounting brackets (6)

½” Lock Washer

(2) Rear auxiliary mounting brackets (4)

½” External tooth washer

(4) Spacers (2) ½” Hex nut

(4) M12 Hex nut

Tools Required:

¾ “ Socket Ratchet

18mm Socket 19mm Socket

Instructions: Approximated Installation Time: 30 min

1. Read and understand instructions completely before beginning installation.

2. Sidebar set consist of a driver and passenger side. Be sure to determine the correct side before installation.

3. Replace the factory body mount bolts with the M12 x 100mm hex head bolt.

4. Place a spacer between the mounting brackets and the frame. Secure front and rear mounting brackets to the M12

bolts using ½” flat & external tooth washer and M12 hex nut. Leave loose.

5. To install rear auxiliary mounting bracket, loosen existing nut near rear body mount just enough to slide

auxiliary mounting bracket. Retighten the nut. Secure the other end of the auxiliary mounting bracket to the rear

mounting bracket using ½ x 1 ½ “ hex head bolt and lock washer and hex nut. Leave loose.

6. Place the sidebar up to the mounting brackets and bolt to the mounting brackets using the ½ x 1 ½” hex head

bolt, flat and lock washer. Leave loose.

7. Make any final adjustments to the alignment of the sidebar and tighten all bolts. Repeat for the opposite side.

8. You may need to periodically re-tighten the bolts
